1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ThumbnailMaker AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThumbnailMaker AI provides AI-powered tools for YouTube content creators, including:

Thumbnail Creator: Generates images based on user prompts and concepts.
Style Vault / Creator Identity: Stores user preferences for consistent branding.
Image Library: Hosts generated assets.

3. Accounts & Authentication

We use Google Authentication for secure login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Credits

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or credit packs. The costs associated with AI generation are incurred immediately upon use. Please try the service using any available free credits or the 'Hobbyist' plan before committing to larger subscriptions.

Plan Changes: Currently, we do not support mid-cycle plan changes (upgrades or downgrades). Your plan change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Credit Usage: Credits reset monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused monthly credits do not rollover.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text prompts you input and the images you generate using the Service. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your generated assets for commercial purposes (e.g., YouTube thumbnails).

Platform Rights: ThumbnailMaker AI retains all rights to the underlying software, AI workflows, design elements, and code.

6. Application Rules

Do not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or explicitly adult content.
Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the API.
Do not share your account credentials with others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. AI generation allows for variability, and results may vary.

8. Account Deletion & Data

Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing franklin.is.very.awesome@gmail.com. Upon processing, all user-generated content and personal identifiers will be removed from our active systems. Residual data may remain in backups for a limited period as required by compliance or security protocols.
