• Account Data: When you log in via Google, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to create your account.
• Usage Data: We store the prompts you input, the style preferences (Creator Identity) you save, and the images you generate.
• Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or bank details. We only retain transaction IDs and payment status.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide and improve the Service:

• To authenticate you and manage your session.
• To process your image generation requests via our AI providers.
• To maintain your "Style Vault" and personal preferences.
• To communicate with you regarding your subscription or support requests.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, database storage, and hosting.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Google Gemini API: For AI image and text generation. (See Google's Generative AI terms for more details).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage and cookies to maintain your login session and remember your UI preferences (e.g., sidebar state). We use a consent banner to manage your preferences. You can clear your browser cookies at any time to reset these settings. We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please email us at franklin.is.very.awesome@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Upon deletion, all your generated images, custom styles, and personal preferences will be permanently removed from our servers.
